Remember to put these in your diaries!
Further to these dates and comments made on another thread as the 31st October is Halloween we could theme it as such. Not as specifically mentioned Goth but perhaps have a dark side to it and a bit of a horror based fancy dress for those who want to. Is this a good idea? Or does it detract from Rebellious Jukebox and what it is which is simply a night for people to enjoy themselves while quality music is played?
Similarly, the event on the 5th will be our Christmas bash. Last year we had a present exchange, a news latter and free CD. A lot of people commented that these were good ideas but is it worth doing these things again or where they only good for a one off. Any other ideas that could work without either being to hard to arrange or take up too much time in the night. Suggestions are as always welcomed. Dave C has mentioned a mobile phone idea in the thread below. Is this worth doing. We're not sure. What do you all think?
All comments gratefully received.

More of a "Anything Goes" nature about Reb Ju would be of benefit as a whole, IMHO. But of course, we'll wait for the masses to comment when they flood this place later tonight

There's certainly some character and character at RJ nights.
If I'm being honest the best nights have always been focused. In my opinion the best ones have normally been influenced by something else ie Helen's birthday and last Christmas. Not that there was any extra effort (we always give 100%) just because they made it more of a party event.
